How do I get my prescriptions transferred?

How do I get through your phone (IVR) system and speak to a real person?! Dial 0 and you will be connected with a real person.

Do you close for lunch? Nope, we are open for our entire posted hours.

Do you take my insurance? Most likely, YES! We accept most insurance plans including Arkansas Medicaid. We are adding all the time too!

Do you give vaccines? Yes, we offer all regularly recommended vaccines. Most insurances cover them completely.

What will my copays be? The short answer is that only your insurance company can tell you what your copays are at any pharmacy.

Do you compound medications? No, we unfortunately do not compound outside of simple magic mouthwashes (things like mixing liquids together).

Can I order specific items over-the-counter (OTC)? Yes, we can have a near infinite number of items ready for you the next day. We can even have them ready for you to pickup with your regular prescriptions!

Who are the pharmacists? Levi and Jessica Ellison are the owners and pharmacists at Ellison Family Pharmacy. Learn more on our About page. We also have some relief pharmacists who work periodically. 

Can I pickup my all my prescriptions together each month? Yes, Ellison Care is the default level of care for all patients of Ellison Family Pharmacy.

Are you hiring? Not currently, but we will post job applications on our website as needed.

Do you accept GoodRx? No, but our in house discount plan is competitive (and we won't sell your personal information like GoodRx has been in the news about...if discount cards sound too good to be true it is!). We do accept manufacturer discount cards for specific prescriptions.
